Alex is a Junior Partner with Caudle & Spears and is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina and has represented clients in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts throughout both states.  Alex’s practice is focused primarily on general litigation and business matters.  In addition to that general litigation experience, Alex represents owners, contractors, and insurers with respect to all aspects of the construction process including contracting, payment disputes such as mechanic’s lien, bond, Miller Act, and Little Miller Act claims, and construction defect and warranty issues.  Alex has been recognized by Business North Carolina Legal Elite as a “Young Gun” (2010) and by North Carolina Super Lawyers as a Rising Star (2014).
