A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Daniel Nunn is an Associate with Caudle & Spears, P.A.  Daniel represents clients throughout North Carolina primarily in insurance defense litigation, construction defect litigation, complex civil litigation, business law, and employment law.  Daniel also represents educational institutions in defense of federal discrimination claims based on Titles III, VI, VII and IX as well as ADA and ADEA claims.

 

Daniel has successfully defended and resolved matters in each of these areas and also has appellate advocacy experience, both as a law clerk for two active judges on the North Carolina Court of Appeals and in his practice as an attorney.

 

Daniel graduated from the University of Miami School of Law where he was awarded the Honorable Theodore Klein scholarship for excellence in oral and written advocacy and also served as co-chair of the I.R.S. Voluntary Income Tax Assistance Program (V.I.T.A.).   Daniel attended the University of North Carolina School of Law as a visiting student for his third year of law school.  Prior to attending law school, Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Duke University and, after graduation, worked for a total of six years in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Charlotte, North Carolina, and New York, New York.
